Casper, WY – A Jackson law firm has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a truck driver who was poisoned by carbon monoxide that leaked into his cab.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1ZH1mf3) that Timothy Foye suffered permanent brain damage from the carbon monoxide that leaked form the exhaust system in October 2013. As a result of the exhaust, Foye has trouble remembering things and formulating ideas and thoughts and has cognitive deficits and physical disabilities.

The lawsuit, filed by Spence Law Firm in Converse County District Court, accuses Idealease Inc. and Color Country Diesel Inc. of failing to maintain and service the truck and failing to warn Foye of the dangers.

Idealease’s attorney declined to comment as did the president of Color Country Diesel.
