Santee, CA – A propane explosion in a trailer at a Santee campground sent two people to the hospital with burn injuries Sunday night.
The explosion occurred at 9 p.m. at the Santee Lakes Recreational Preserve in the 8900 block of Fanita Parkway. The explosion blew off the doors of the trailer.
A man and women were transported to UC San Diego Medical Center with burns.
Heartland Fire & Rescue is investigating the cause of the blast.
