Rogers, AR – The Candlewood Suites Hotel in Rogers was evacuated Tuesday (Nov. 11) night because of a carbon monoxide leak, according to the Rogers Fire Department Facebook page.
According to the post, the hotel’s 81 guests and three employees were evacuated just after 8:30 p.m and no one was experiencing symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning.
According to Rogers Fire Chief Tom Jenkins, the leak was caused by a pool heater malfunction, which has been fixed, so guests and employees were allowed to go back inside the building.
