Towamensing, Township, PA – Emergency personnel were dispatched to a home Sunday morning for a Carbon Monoxide leak on Lower Towamensing Township. The call came in around 11 a.m. for a possible furnace malfunction the 3000 block of Fireline Road with victims. The occupants of the home were experiencing difficulty in breathing. The Palmerton ambulance transported at least one patient to a nearby hospital. Members of the Aquashicola Fire Company responded to the scene investigating the incident.
