Benton County, WA – Detectives with the Benton County Sheriff’s office said that two bodies were found inside a home on Neel Loop.
Both are believed to be in their 20’s or 30’s.
Benton County Coroner John Hansen said the man and woman found may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning from a generator.
Hansen said that is a preliminary belief and is awaiting a forensic pathologist to look at the bodies tomorrow.
A family friend was the one who found the bodies when she went by to check on the two individuals.
There was also a dead dog found in the home.
Detectives said the home did not have electricity for some time.
