Aberdeen, ND- The body of a 57-year-old man who was found dead Tuesday evening was sent to Grand Forks, N.D., for an autopsy, said Taylor Oster, Brown County deputy coroner.
Emergency workers responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of 15th Avenue Southeast. The man was found dead in a garage, according to a release from the Aberdeen Police Department.
Though Oster said it’s likely the man died from carbon monoxide poisoning, Oster is waiting on autopsy results for the official cause of death.
“At this time, it’s not looking like it’s any foul play, and it’s just sad circumstances for the gentleman,” Oster said.
The man’s name was not available, pending notification of family.
