Gillette, WY – The Campbell County Fire Department evacuated staff and guests from the Hampton Inn on Wednesday morning when dangerous levels of carbon monoxide were detected on the third floor by a crew with Source Gas. As firefighters ventilated the building, paramedics with Campbell County Memorial Hospital checked out a few people exposed at the scene and found one person with elevated carbon monoxide levels, but nothing critical, paramedic Derek Rowe said.
