Merriam, KS – A carbon monoxide problem forced guests to evacuate a Merriam motel early Sunday, police said.
Emergency crews were called to the Drury Inn on Shawnee Mission Parkway east of Interstate 35.
Guests were moved to another hotel but were allowed to return once the problem was fixed.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators have not released a report on the exact cause of the problem.
