Palm Beach County, FL – Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is on scene of a gas leak at Worthington Apartment off of Military Trail.
Arriving crews evacuated 24 unit. All gas is turned off at this time and hazmat is currently working to detect where the carbon monoxide originated from.
PBCFR has transported two patients to a local hospital.
