East Bridgewater, MA – Three people were taken to the hospital after a carbon monoxide leak was reported at an East Bridgewater business.

Firefighters responded to Tri-Town convenience at 60 Franklin St. in East Bridgewater at around 11 a.m. Saturday after receiving a call reporting someone at the business was not feeling well.

Investigators determined the incident was caused by a faulty heater, according to the East Bridgewater Fire Department.

Three people were taken to South Shore Hospital from the scene to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to fire officials.
